The act of rescuing the memories of human rights violations so that they are
disclosed for future generations, it is necessary. Like this, the present study
aimed to investigate the memories starting from the collection of testimonials from
people who were evicted from their homes not being respected as citizens or
even human beings. In this way the study was to establish a picture of evicted
and their economic relations, personal relationships, their emotional memories,
as well as the benefits and emotional and material losses. The research was
conducted in the municipality of Babaçulândia - TO, located on the bank of the
Tocantins river - flooded to create a dam required the construction of the Estreito
Hydroelectric Plant. From the speeches of the residents managed to identify
elements that portray the violation of human rights in order to develop strategies
to develop works that will cover the society and the formation of a future science
teacher. |
