Resumo:
The law of a nation comes from the law of a conjuncture of rights, norms and customs. But before theexistence of all these social aspects, thepeople appear. But after all, what is people? This concept can appear in an antagonistic way in the most diverse phases in which there is a record of human beings on earth. In medieval philosophy Saint coined this term in a widely accepted way and that arose from a basis in the acceptance of the positive Christian society in the world so that Christian philosophy was propelling in several societies of the right of accident. Regarding the law, note that it integrates the acquired values of Christian thought, the constitutional aspects of all linked to the formation of the Catholic empire remain. It has its reflexes accepted in much of the western world in the positive law of most western nations. It was based on the study of thinkers that made possible the construction of Brazil. Based on the supremacy of 18, when we describe in its fundamental rights and being guided by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, V. makes the human being more passive to understand its aspectsof existence, leading him to understand theexistence of God holy and more conducive to respectfor fundamental and social rights in the land of men, as described by Santo Agostinho
