The objective of this work, present literature review, is to collect information on the application of organic fertilization in parsley cultivation. The Parsley (Petroselinum Crispum Mill), is a hardwood greenhouse widely used by the Brazilian population as condiment and widely cultivated by family farming, which mostly use only organic fertilization for the cultivation of this plant. The use of organic fertilizers of animal origin becomes useful and economic practice for small and medium producers, since it causes improvement in fertility and soil conservation. Through this review, it was possible to verify that organic fertilization generates benefits both for the culture of parsley, and soil, improving its physical structure, contributing to its chemical construction and nutrient cycling. |
