The present work has as research object, a small retail located in the city of Itacoatiara/AM. The market, which was studied, started its activities almost six months ago in a neighborhood with a high percentage of competitiveness in the sector, and thus became a reference using strategies such as low price, quality and variety of products, discounts, offers, generating value with its customers with good service and a good structure. For this study, the tool known as Curva ABC was used to analyze the management of the stock of the referred retailer, where the stock was checked and the goods were classified among those that are of greater importance and need and being analyzed to have a control efficient inventory. |
