This research proposes an investigation into the historicity of Paris cafes and
Manaus between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. For this purpose, we seek
demonstrate the trajectory of coffee until its arrival in France and Brazil, countries that led us to
emphasize the investigation, the details about the present study that showed us the influences
European, among which, fashion, customs and the main thing: the presence of Cafés in
restaurants and bars in the city of Manaus. Before all the greatness, we analyze that there was
an important phenomenon in this period, the Belle Époque, where the “airs
Europeans", because of its advanced administration in the period of Eduardo Gonçalves
