The training of bachelor teachers working in higher education is permeated by pedagogical challenges in the most diverse areas of knowledge. The bachelor and technologist student is characterized as an expert in his specific field of knowledge, and sometimes does not dominate the pedagogical and educational area, due to his training. Facing the existing gaps in the training of these teachers, this study aims to identify the main difficulties pointed out by the Bachelor students and technologists during the pedagogical training, in the Polo Dicamo - Oiapoque-AP. The justification for carrying out this research is supported initially due to the existence of few studies that investigate such preparation. Thus, data collection took place through questionnaires applied to students in the Pedagogical Training course. The qualitative research was developed in which a questionnaire was applied to the students of the course, formed by bachelors and a technologist. The study points to the importance of didactic-pedagogical training for bachelors and technologists, in order to contribute to the development of their knowledge and experiences aimed at a planned, critical and reflective teaching praxis. As the main results obtained, it can be highlighted that the respondents point to the need for the development of skills and preparation for the activity of bachelors and teaching technologists, through didactic-pedagogical training, which assist in the teaching-learning process.
