Resumo:
Innovations from new technologies constantly change the market, companies need to absorb these effects with good practices that promote competitiveness and consequently their survival and profitability. To collaborate with local entrepreneurship, the Inovo Business Incubator was created, linked to the University of Gurupi. The aim of the incubator is to develop innovative products based on the potential of the region. This research contemplates the use of the co-creation process with the Design Thinking approach as tools of interaction and engagement among incubators, incubators, community, partners and clients of Incubadora Inovo. The objective of the research is to use the techniques of co-creation with the approach of Design Thinking as tools for generating innovative services in the Incubator Inovo. The methodology used was an exploratory case study combined with action research. For the data collection, a co-creation workshop was used, carried out together with the employees and users of the Inovo incubator. The phases of Design Thinking were applied: immersion, analysis and synthesis, ideation and prototyping. In the prototyping phase, the initial proposals obtained in the ideation phase were validated, proposing the mapping for the construction of the innovative architectural physical space, the prospecting of clients with the exhibition of products and services produced by the incubators, the creation of the organizational culture and acquisition of the methodology of the Reference Center to Support New Ventures - (Cerne). Prototyped ideas are possible to achieve. The research was successful in applying the phases of Design Thinking. The tool evidenced the needs for improvements in processes and infrastructure, contributing to the management and promoting innovation in the incubator with the provision of new services.
