These problems are caused by the disorganized or uninformed population on the damages coming from a very developed era, where each individual has a different vision of what happens with the environment. This Course Conclusion Paper had the objective of analyzing the contributions of Environmental Education in the community of Tamboril. From this perspective, we weave a theoretical approach on the means proposed for the awareness of the need to protect the natural resources of the studied space. This is intended to remedy the lack of information on the main causes of the environmental imbalance, as well as its possible solutions. It is believed that environmental education in the school today is the very important and effective instrument to offer means that make people aware and take better care of the environment, thinking about the well-being of future generations. Environmental Education is the way for each individual to change their habits and assume new attitudes that lead to the reduction of the degradation of the environment and to promote the improvement of the quality of life of society. Este trabalho foi produzido questionando sobre os problemas ambientais, indicando possíveis problemáticas e soluções que poderão definir o futuro das gerações. Problemas estes causados pela população desorganizada ou desinformada sobre os prejuízos vindos de uma era muito desenvolvida, onde cada indivíduo tem uma visão diferente do que acontece com o meio ambiente. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve o objetivo analisar as contribuições da Educação Ambiental na comunidade de Tamboril. Nessa perspectiva, tecemos uma abordagem teórica sobre os meios propostos para a conscientização da necessidade da proteção dos recursos naturais do recorte espacial, estudado. Com isso pretende-se sanar a falta de informação sobre as principais causas do desequilíbrio ambiental, bem como as suas possíveis soluções. Acredita-se que educação ambiental na escola hoje é o instrumento muito importante e eficaz para oferecer meios que façam com que as pessoas se conscientizem e cuidem melhor do meio ambiente pensando no bem estar das gerações futuras.
