Introduction: Community Health Agent (CHA), is the main social agent of the Family Health Strategy, constituting the link between the service and the community, being essential in this scenario. Thus, it is necessary to evaluate the Quality of Life at Work (QWL) and Work Satisfaction (ST), since they are related to productivity and the achievement of organizational objectives. Objective: to evaluate the QWL and ST of the ACS of southern Palmas-TO. Methods and materials: Descriptive, exploratory, quantitative study conducted with 27 CHAs from Community Health Centers in the southern region of Palmas-TO. The Quality of Working Life Questionnaire (QWLQ-bref) and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire S20 / S23 were used. Results: The average total score for QWL was 3.49, ranging from 1.90 to 4.55 and the average total score for TS was 3.40, ranging from 1.80 to 5.00. Conclusion: High rates of QWL and ST were found. QoL domain scores showed a moderate or strong positive correlation with TS factors, demonstrating in the sample studied, the higher the quality of life at work, the greater the job satisfaction.
