Resumo:
This study provides an analysis of a clinical listening of the work made with journalists linked to the Tocantins Journalists Union (SINDJOR).The general objective was to analyze the narratives of a group of journalists from Tocantins about their experiences of pleasure and suffering at work. The specific objectives were: to understand if the new work morphology, still influenced by the aspects of coloniality, allows the precariousness of journalists work; analyze the narratives of the group of participating journalists to ascertain the psychodynamics of work (Work Organization, Types of Suffering, Action / Mobilization forms); and to identify what destinations the participating journalists of the group give to the pleasure and suffering experienced in their work routines. Having as theoretical and methodological reference the Psychology and the Communication. Psychology was present through the theoretical view of Dejours' Work Psychodynamics (1992), which presents a way of looking at work relations and the inherent psychic suffering in these relationships, demonstrating that pleasure and suffering at work are inseparable. As a method of this axis we used Mendes' Clinical Work Listening (2014) that unfolds in three axes: Clinical Devices demand analysis, transference and interpretation; Clinician Training and Supervision. As a form of analysis and preparation of the sessions by the research collective we used Mendes' and Araújo's Clinical Work Analysis (2012) which describes how to do the work psychodynamic analysis through its three axes: Work Organization; Subjective Mobilization; and Suffering, defenses and pathologies. Through Communication we used Figaro's binomial communication-work (2008) that subsidizes the study in communicational relationships essential to work. As a method in this axis, we sought Mota's Narrative Analysis framework (2013) to understand the reports collected during the sessions, because it provides the freedom and creativity of the researcher by analyzing the phenomena that are being investigated. As a result we had the participation of 6 female journalists who have been in the job market for more than 4 years. All participants reported having suffered some kind of violence in the performance of their duties and four of them reported that had already had an interest in leaving the career of journalist. Regarding health status, all participants reported feeling discomfort. The symptoms with the highest incidence were: feeling of tension and discouragement with 66% each. The sessions took place weekly from March 14th to July 25th, totaling 11 sessions. As part of the method, there was also a feedback from the participants and an evaluation after the conclusion of the meetings. It is concluded from the analyzed narratives that suffering at work has been internalized and faced individually with internal resources and, at most, shared with a few people as a form of outburst, but often repressed by them as a form of defense or by external people. It is noted that reports of institutionalized labor violence were present in all sessions. The sources of pleasure are being questioned and often ignored by the illness process.
