Agroecotourism is not only intended to promote simple contact with nature, but also to promote sustainability and assist in the income of family farmers in the region. The research was characterized as documentary and bibliographic, exploratory-descriptive, through qualitative / quantitative procedures. It is concluded that the places have many characteristics that can be used and developed for agroecotourism and that the municipality has vocation for this, so there is a need to work to better involve and qualify the local population.
