This work refers to the activities developed during the supervised internship that is part of the Agronomy course of the Federal University of Tocantins. The internship was done at Maxima Consultoria, at Santo André Farm, located in the city of Caseara - TO, during the second crop season with corn in 2019. Based on the constant interest in greater productivity and efficiency in agricultural activities, it is essential for the producer to seek and hire a specialized technical assistance. The activities carried out during the internship period were, respectively, desiccation of the area, regulation of agricultural implements for sowing and fertilization seed treatment, sowing, weed management and, finally, monitoring and management of pests and diseases in corn crop. In addition, the activities mentioned were carried out through consultancies. Thus, the field practice experienced in the internship was essential, thus providing the possibility to understand and experience the reality of the Agronomist when performing activities focused on the new agriculture.
