This study focuses on the topic of recruitment and selection of employees, from the perspective of three basic concepts: internal, external and mixed, in order to identify whether these processes are used by companies regardless of the size of the staff, the most used type of recruitment and The main selection techniques. A non-probabilistic field survey was carried out in the retail trade of the central region of Araguaína-TO, with managers chosen conveniently, responding to 35 questionnaires with 10 closed questions. The results indicate that the processes of recruitment and selection of employees are used regardless of the size of the staff; Being the mixed recruitment the one that stood out and as far as the selection the main technique was the interview. This study is based on the theories of some of the authors who emphasize that in order to avoid future problems and financial losses, well-prepared managers are of fundamental importance and should be able to plan staff in a timely manner so that recruitment can supply the real ones Human resource needs in the organization. |
