This article is the result of a study that evaluates the customer’s confidence in the technical assistance stores of cellars in the city of Araguaína/TO, with the purpose of analyzing an discussing the antecedents necessary for this relationship of confidence to occur. For the elaboration of this study we used a theoretical basis that supports the proposed theme and the application of questionnaire with clients to evaluate the effect that the antecedents generate in the consumer confidence. The results indicate a positive relationship between the background and confidence, and sets that satisfaction is an antecedent for the client to pass to have confidence in the service. To be satisfied it is necessary that the company works well the questions price and delivery times are the main antecedents of satisfaction |
