However, during these processes, large volumes of solid and liquid waste are also generated, such as handling, which has a high polluting load and needs to undergo some treatment process, avoiding more serious environmental damage. Livestock farming, which is responsible for much of the wealth generated in Brazil, also produces significant amounts of waste, especially in feedlot systems and the milk production chain. These wastes have great energy potential that, if properly used, can generate socioeconomic and environmental benefits. Among the alternatives for the treatment and utilization of these wastes, the anaerobic codigestion process using biodigesters stands out, since, besides treating them, thus reducing the impacts caused to the environment, biogas is still obtained and biofertilizer, which can have several applications and still generate several benefits. In this context, this research aimed to evaluate the influence of different concentrations of manure mixed with manipulate on the composition of biogas and biofertilizer obtained from the anaerobic co-digestion process, using batch model digesters. The completely randomized design (DIC) with 5 treatments and 3 repetitions was used. Mass percentages (g) of manure were maintained at 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% respectively. From the study it was concluded that treatment 2 (85% manipulate + 15% manure) presented higher methane content and lower carbon dioxide content, presenting itself as the best option for biogas production. Treatment 5 (70% manipulate + 30% cattle manure) stood out with higher potassium and sodium productions in the biofertilizer. In the substrate pH evaluation, treatments 4 and 5 appear with values closer to the ideal range for the development of methanogenic bacteria. There was no statistically significant difference (P <0.05) between treatments for the biofertilizer pH variable. Com o beneficiamento da raiz da mandioca, diversos produtos e subprodutos podem ser obtidos, como farinha, amido, farofas entre outros, gerando renda a pequenas e grandes indústrias e aos produtores. Porém, durante estes processamentos, também são gerados grandes volumes de resíduos tanto sólidos quanto líquidos, como a manipueira, que apresenta elevada carga poluidora e precisa passar por algum processo de tratamento, evitando danos ambientais mais graves. A atividade pecuária, que é responsável por grande parte da riqueza gerada no Brasil, também produz quantidades expressivas de dejetos, sobretudo em sistemas de confinamento e na cadeia de produção de leite. Estes dejetos, possuem grande potencial energético que, se aproveitados de forma adequada, podem gerar benefícios socioeconômicos e ambientais. Dentre as alternativas para o tratamento e aproveitamento destes resíduos, o processo de co-digestão anaeróbia utilizando-se biodigestores se destaca, uma vez que, além de tratá-los, diminuindo assim os impactos causados ao meio ambiente, ainda se obtém o biogás e o biofertilizante, que podem ter várias aplicações e ainda gerar benefícios diversos. Neste contexto, a presente pesquisa teve por objetivo, avaliar a influência das diferentes concentrações de esterco bovino misturado com manipueira na composição do biogás e do biofertilizante obtidos a partir do processo de co-digestão anaeróbia, utilizando biodigestores modelo batelada. Utilizou-se o Delineamento Inteiramente Casualizado (DIC) com 5 tratamentos e 3 repetições. As porcentagens em massa (g) de esterco foram mantidas em 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% e 30% respectivamente. Do estudo concluiu-se que, o tratamento 2 (85% manipueira + 15% esterco) apresentou maior teor de metano e menor teor de dióxido de carbono, apresentando-se como a melhor opção para a produção de biogás. O tratamento 5 (70% manipueira + 30% esterco bovino) se destacou com produções superiores de potássio e sódio no biofertilizante. Na avaliação do pH do substrato, os tratamentos 4 e 5 aparecem com valores mais próximo do intervalo ideal para o desenvolvimento das bactérias metanogênicas.
