Resumo:
The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins complying the Resolution nº 46 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), started to use Table Unified Procedure (TUPs). The goal to accomplish these tables, according to CNJ, is to reach the principles of celerity, effectiveness of the adjudication and the human person dignity, seeking the standardization of class names, subjects and procedural movements. However the relevance of TUPs, the fact of the processes be classified by humans reach a major problem, because a lot of mistakes in the registration of classes and process movements happens in those humans actions. Because of that, the objective of this interdisciplinary work is to build a conception of software that will be able to classified process, by class e object, according to TUPs, using an artificial intelligence system, that will contain a database formed by processes in the Special Civil Court of Justice in the District of Palmas, it will be able to create a better quality and agility in the information supply process will be capable, encouraging a better knowledge management.
