O presente estudo buscou analisar aatuação da Contadoria Judicial Unificada (COJUN)do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Tocantins à luz da eficácia e da efetividade dos Direitos Humanos na prestação jurisdicional tocantinense, explicitando a função doContador Judicial, quais as suas atribuições funcionais e impactos sociais da profissão em diferentes ordenamentos jurídicos com ênfase no pátrio, descrevendo o processo de criação e implantação da COJUN, a fim de verificar as repercussões em suas diferentes dimensões noPoder Judiciário Tocantinense, em deferência a celeridade processual e da razoável duração do processo nas Contadorias Judicias do Estado do Tocantins, foram confrontados dados e documentos, demonstrando quais são as vantagens e desvantagens da COJUN, foram apreciados os relatórios obtidos na COJUN, identificandopossíveis vícios, apresentandode forma objetiva, clara e precisa possíveis alterações em procedimentos e rotinas de trabalho, que poderão ser ratificadas pela Corregedoria Geral de Justiça do Estado do Tocantins no intuito de alcançar a excelênciada prestação jurisdicional nas Contadorias Judiciais do Estado do Tocantins, dos trabalhos apresentados pela COJUNe efetivação dos Direitos Humanos. 2020-08-21T00:06:39Z 2020-08-21T00:06:39Z 2020-02-21 Dissertação RODRIGUES, Arthur Emílio Galdino De Sousa.
