This article aims to analyze the production function of the State of Mato Grosso, with data from 1995. the theoretical model used was the Production Theory, which consists of the analysis the combination of various productive resources to obtain a certain production volume. The empirical model was used as the Method of Ordinary Least Squares (MQO): a production function of the type Cobb-douglas. The results obtained indicate that capital (investment and financing) is the variable of greatest statistical significance for explain the behavior of the production value, followed by the mechanization, area and manpower. |
