This is a technical report that aims to propose the implementation of lectures, courses,
workshops, arts workshops, advertising in the media, radio, television, social media to raise
the awareness of its civil servants and magistrates, in order to improve service in the
courthouse. It is understood that the massive exposure of the improved methods above can
also lead to positive coexistence in which the apparent difference is diluted by the
understanding that everyone is equal in their inequalities, and holders of Human Rights to
social inclusion without any kind of attitudinal barrier. To this end, two surveys were carried
out, one in the State and Federal District Courts of Justice, to collect data on accessibility in
the capital and interior buildings as one of the forms of antecedent attitudinal accessibility to
make architectural accessibility feasible. There are courses, lectures, art samples, related or
made by people with disabilities to raise awareness about the reality of people without
disabilities, which generate empathy, presupposed to attitudinal accessibility. What is the
population of magistrates and civil servants with disabilities to assess whether there is parity
between civil servants with and without disabilities, the result of which will demonstrate
whether there was attitudinal accessibility over time by managers, despite legislation on this
subject. The second survey was made to the civil servants and magistrates of the Court of
Justice of the State of Tocantins, so that they can answer about their physical or psychological
conditions as the fundamental panorama for a research. If there is training for civil servants to
meet the type of disability appropriate to the jurisdictions that seek the Judiciary, in an
appropriate way. Whether civil servants and magistrates of the Tocantins State Court of
Justice are aware of the specific legislation on people with disabilities and whether they are
putting it into practice; if there was any type of training to serve this population and if they
attended or participated in any artistic, creative event. |
