Resumo:
The conclusion of the Specialization Course in Social Work and Social Policy was carried out with the Extended Family Health and Primary Care Center (NASF AB) of the city of Tocantínia (TO) and aimed to present the profile of users served by the NASF professional team. AB composed in this unit during the first semester of 2018, as well as the activities carried out and launched by the electronic system technical team called e-SUS. The object of the study was characterized by identifying the profile of NASF AB users, prioritizing knowing the public covered in the activities developed through the prevention and health promotion service supporting the Family Health Program (PSF) team. further study was based on professional experience as part of the NASF AB team of Tocantinia (TO), and realize that the program is poorly known in some municipalities and there is little debate about this space. The research method used for research and analysis of The data was based on the critical-historical social theory, having as reference the fundamentals of the bibliographic research, starting with a bibliographic review and later a documental analysis of a qualitative nature of the semiannual report of attendances made by the NASF AB team. from the Ministry of Health exposing what constitutes the NASF AB of Tocantínia (TO), the importance of the service provided and its work tools. After the research was carried out it was possible to identify the profile of the service users and to present the activities developed by the team with the users of the same and thus identify some of the weaknesses at the time of the study. power the electronic system. We can conclude that the research contributed to the improvement of the teams and to the dissemination of this service that is still new to users who use the public health service and SUS workers.
