Resumo:
The state of Tocantins has a cerrado area with suitable soil for farming, with great potential for the development of the agricultural sector. However, there are factors that significantly affect productivity, among them are the diseases caused by soil-dwelling pathogens and the decrease in the final stand maintenance. Trichoderma fungi are efficient in promoting various symbiotic interactions with plant roots, providing increase in biomass quality, being possible due to the synthesis of growth stimulating substances, increasing the availability of nutrients present in the soil and favoring its absorption. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Trichoderma inoculation in soybean crop. The experiment was carried out in the field of Formoso do Araguaia in the 2019 season, using Trichoderma commercial products at different doses, such as biomass characteristics, booth maintenance efficiency and productivity. The doses of Trichoderma asperellum were 2, 4, 6 and 8 g kg-1, plus two treatments, one positive control based on Trichoderma harzianum and the other as absolute control (without inoculation). In V3 we analyzed the initial stand, more plant height and shoot dry mass, and in R8 we analyzed the final stand, with the characteristics of plant height, number of pods, number of pods and number of beans per pod. . The soybean cultivar used was the CZ 48B32 IPRO (Basf), early cycle, with 90 days. Positive and superior results were observed in the inoculated treatments in relation to the absolute control (without inoculation), presenting gains in all the analyzed characteristics. The inoculated doses of Trichoderma asperellum - UFT 201 with 2, 4 and 6 g kg-1 of seeds, in the order 16.5%, 23.6% and 16.2%, were higher, proving its effectiveness in increasing the characteristics of biomass, efficiency as a promoter of plant growth, thus contributing to the increase in productivity.
