This technical report presents the result of research conducted in the case study modality on the
internal training process carried out through the multiplier server project offered by the
Coordination of People Management of the Palmas Campus of the Federal University of
Tocantins, from 2017 to 2019. challenges of competence management and knowledge
management in the public service and analyzes the Server Multiplier project within the scope
of the Palmas Campus of the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) to understand aspects of
public servants' participation and the evaluation of these actions. Methodologically conducted
via case study with emphasis on document analysis and bibliographic study. The research was
of an applied nature and also generated an instrument to assess the impact of training courses
and a protocol for the development of internal training actions. The results showed that relevant
aspects such as not setting goals for internal training and indicators to assess compliance with
these, strategies for adherence and dissemination of actions may have contributed to the low
participation of servers in courses and made it impossible to assess effectiveness; challenges to
be overcome for the institution of an internal training policy that guarantees the right to
permanent education and evaluates the internal training actions of the UFT Campus de Palmas. |
