A service that is growing to meet the great demand for audiovisual content such as série, movies and music is the technology of streaming. The word streaming means "stream," which in the context of technology indicates a stream of data or multimedia content. This work had the objective of analyzing the behavior of Palmian consumers of serial fiction, through streaming technology focused on the Netflix platform. To achieve this objective, we opted for a bibliographic research of a descriptive and exploratory nature. The results of the referential study showed that, most viewers subscribe to Netflix because the platform provides movies and serials in one place and also for its practicality. Consumer behavior changed with the emergence of the streaming platform, before the emergence of this technology consumers would download the favorite séries or watched cable tv. One of the biggest obstacles is the time that the person does not have to marathon, being able to watch in the night time and weekends, the technology of streaming has several possibilities with the immersion of complete seasons, ease of consumption with just a click. |
