Thus, this study aims to understand the role of Neuropedagogy, an area of neuroscience applied to education, as a fundamental science in teacher education. This is a literature review. The survey of scientific data and the systematization of information come from books and other scientific production published from 2010 to 2020 in the Portuguese language, indexed in several databases, focusing on the concepts of Neuropedagogy, teacher training and the teaching and learning process. Neuropedagogy is the junction between neuroscience and education, two distinct scientific fields, but united and adapted to contemporary pedagogy. Within the classroom there is a conglomerate of people who have distinct configurations in their brain biology, endowed with particularities. Neuroscience has vast content to assist the teacher in the teaching-learning process, its branch, Neuropedagogy, becomes a scientific field of great relevance for integration in the teacher education curriculum. The teacher endowed with knowledge from neuroscience, especially Neuropedagogy, can arouse students' interest in learning, activating their emotions, such as affection and pleasure, while this professional helps in the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine. It can be concluded that the dialogue that Neuropedagogy establishes with neuroscience brings a set of knowledge about the brain functionalities that are essential to understand students' learning difficulties, especially children, because they receive constant information in their training process. student and human, so that their brain masses deserve attention because they are in constant changes and transformations due to the new knowledge acquired in this childhood stage of life. A Neuropedagogia estuda como o sistema neurológico humano aprende e armazena esse aprendizado. Dessa forma, este estudo tem como objetivo geral entender o papel da Neuropedagogia, área da neurociência aplicada à educação, como ciência fundamental a ser estudada na formação de professores. O estudo trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica. O levantamento de dados científicos e a sistematização das informações são oriundas de livros e outras produções científicas publicadas de 2010 a 2020 no idioma português, indexadas em diversas bases de dados, com enfoque nos conceitos de Neuropedagogia, formação de professores e processo de ensino e aprendizagem. A Neuropedagogia é a junção entre a neurociência e a educação, dois campos científicos distintos, porém unidos se adequaram à pedagogia contemporânea. Dentro da sala de aula existe um conglomerado de pessoas que possuem configurações em sua biologia neurológica distintas, dotadas de particularidades. A Neurociência possui vasto conteúdo para auxiliar o professor no processo de ensino aprendizagem, a Neuropedagogia, se torna um campo científico de bastante relevância para a integração no currículo da formação docente. O professor dotado de conhecimentos advindos da neurociência, em especial, da Neuropedagogia, poderá despertar o interesse da aprendizagem dos alunos, ativando suas emoções, como afetividade e prazer, ao tempo que esse profissional ajuda na produção de neurotransmissores como serotonina e dopamina. Pode-se concluir que o diálogo que a Pedagogia estabelece com a Neurociência traz um conjunto de conhecimentos a respeito das funcionalidades cerebrais que são essenciais para entender dificuldades de aprendizagem dos alunos, em especial de crianças, por essas receberem constantes informações no seu processo de formação estudantil e humana, de modo que seu sistema neurológico merece atenção por estarem em constante mudanças e transformações mediante aos novos conhecimentos adquiridos nessa etapa infantil da vida. 2021-11-16T12:03:07Z 2021-11-16T12:03:07Z 2021-08-03 Monografia SILVA, Danielle Ferreira da.
