The main motivation for the elaboration of this project is the lack of spaces dedicated to art, culture and leisure activities in the region. With its implementation, it will be possible to create adequate spaces for the development of these activities, in addition to providing a meeting place in the region. This project presents the concept of integrating public spaces with the building, to create a more intimate relationship between the built space and the community. The project has as its main focus the region's youth and children, furthermore it also predicts the use of the community with dynamic spaces that can be appropriated in order to make the region and its surroundings livelier and more attractive to the population. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a elaboração de uma proposta de anteprojeto arquitetônico para a implementação de um Espaço de Arte, Cultura e Lazer na região norte de Palmas – TO. A principal motivação para a elaboração deste projeto é a carência de espaços voltados para atividades de arte, cultura e lazer na região, com a sua implementação será possível criar espaços adequados para o desenvolvimento de tais atividades além de propiciar um local de encontro na região. Este projeto traz o conceito de integração dos espaços públicos com a edificação, para assim criar uma relação mais íntima do espaço construído com a comunidade.
