Resumo:
The inequalities generated by institutional racism are decisive factors for access to health services, especially for black and quilombola women who face the intersection of gender and race differences. This study is a review of literature in the integrative mod, the objective based on bibliographic surveys of the practices of prevention of cervical cancer in quilombola women. The review indicates the need for reflection, with the main focus of improvements in coping with factors that are associated with the failure to perform Pap smear among quilombola women, and it is important to consider prevention actions for cervical cancer.
