This paper analyzes the issue of Quality of Life at Work (QWL), which from an organizational
environment sought to observe how job satisfaction as well as motivation can impact the life of
the employee. The variables that permeate workers' productivity, competitiveness and wellbeing, and that are intrinsically related to the quality of life at work that organizations offer,
have been much discussed. This study aims to address the relevance of the quality of life at
work necessary to keep motivated employees within organizations. The methodology used to
reach the objectives was the bibliographic research. The instrument of data collection was the
questionnaire with multiple choice closed questions and oriented to the theme of quality of life
at work, seeking to understand in the company environment the nature, general characteristics
and the presence of principles that may be associated with quality. of life at work. The
researched company is considered small and active in the sale of clothing. It was found that the
majority of employees, that is, 80% have an average age of 28 years and most have higher
education level. The results achieved, it was possible to analyze the 15 employees who represent
100% of those surveyed, showed that the company needs to improve its work environment,
because some of the principles responsible for a quality of life at work program such as
recognition, The non-financial rewards and growth opportunity within the company need to be
efficient. |
