The theme of this research is about teenage pregnancy, through the analysis of the literature on social work. The objective of this research was to analyze the feasibility of rights that may impact the process of teenage pregnancy. The methodology used consists of a qualitative and exploratory research, as it is based on the study of social phenomena and bibliographic data to understand a phenomenon in depth. Through these methodological procedures, a bibliographic survey was carried out and as a source of research, virtual libraries of faculties and electronic journals in the area of health and social assistance were used. At the end of the research, it was concluded that pregnant adolescents are more vulnerable subjects to the basic guidelines, and that the work of the social worker meets these needs, as it acts in the expressions and manifestations of the social issue and in the viability of their rights to access. social policies, is considered an indispensable professional in the scope of basic health care, fundamental in the health of adolescents and consequently in the prevention and protection of teenage pregnancy, enabling their rights in the face of public health and care policies, being one of the works and fundamental in the care and follow-up of pregnant adolescents.
