The Obligatory Curricular Training Supervised was carried out at the Embryo Laboratory (In Vitro Brasil) of the company ABS Pecplan in Uberaba / Delta, Minas Gerais. The same occurred in the period from January 19 to March 26, 2021, totaling 392 hours, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ana Kelen Felipe Lima and supervision of Veterinary Physician Luísa Anastácia Santos de Oliveira. The area of interest was animal reproduction with an emphasis on bovine reproductive biotechnology for in vitro embryo production (PIVE). The activities performed included the process of in vitro production of bovine embryos, following from the reception of the oocytes until the departure of the embryos to the field, in addition to procedures to optimize the laboratory routine with the preparation of materials. Thus, this work aims to describe the place of internship, as well as the activities developed over this period, technically discussing the methodology used by the company for the production of embryos in vitro based on the existing literature on the subject.
