The Supervised Curricular Internship was held at the University Veterinary Clinic of the Federal University of Tocantins (CVU-UFT), in Araguaína-TO, the internship period took place between January 19, 2021 and April 1, 2021, accounting for 368 hours of internship. Activities were carried out in the area of medical clinic of small animals, under the supervision of veterinarian Dr. Leonardo Vaz Burns and guidance of Prof. Dr. Priscilla Macedo de Souza. This report is composed of the description of the place of internship and its operation, the activities developed during the internship period, the followed-up series and the procedures that were performed. During the internship period, 78 visits were followed, of these 54 animals were of the canine species and 24 of the feline species. This report also presents a case report on adverse effects of the use of vincristine sulfate as chemotherapy in a bitch with a cutaneous transmissible venereal tumor, accompanied by a discussion on the subject.
