The Supervised Curricular Internship was carried out at the Public Veterinary Hospital of Brasília, in the area of medical clinic and small animal surgical clinic, beginning on September 14, 2021 and ending on December 3, 2021, totaling 345 hours, under the guidance of doctor teacher Andressa Francisca Silva Nogueira and supervision of Mayara Cauper Novaes. During this period, 432 consultations were followed between clinical and surgical cases in dogs and cats. This report aims to describe the activities carried out by the intern, the assistance provided in each species and to report a case of squamous cell carcinoma in a feline, accompanied by a discussion on the subject. |
