The supervised curricular internship was carried out at the Public Veterinary Hospital of Brasília, in the area of Medical Clinic and Small Animal Surgical Clinic, beginning on May 11, 2021 and ending on July 9, 2021, totaling 345 hours, under the supervision of the Doctor Drª Mayara Cauper Novaes. Several clinical and surgical cases in dogs and cats were followed. The report describes the activities carried out by the intern, with the monitored care arranged in each species and reports a case of canine parvovirus, which is a highly prevalent infection in the species, in a 10-month-old female of no breed, which was followed during the internship, where the animal was submitted to supportive treatment and drug therapy.
