As Objectives: General To collect data for the process of implementation of the law 10.39/03, and to analyze its specificities were applied to the professors and application of analysis of the UFNT – Campus de Tocantinópolis – TO. Specific: IIdentified as the teachers of the Social Sciences and Physical Education Courses are destined to the teacher training for an education of Ethnic-racial relations. II. Identify which themes and training paths within anti-racist relations. III. Identify how the education of ethnic-racial relations appears in the PPCS of the courses. Two methodologies were used to carry out this work. The following paths: Bibliographic and documentary research: The bibliographic research served as the basis for theoretical foundations that were essential for the production of the TCC - Course Conclusion Work. In addition to serving, the use for references of bibliographic references in focus and various legal documents on education that treat and address the subject here for contestation as matters relating to the matter. Application and application will achieve the results presented as an element for this. Therefore, the were used as support for the answers in relation to the subject studied here. Thus allowing through the responses of the results of this data search. There are no limits for teachers who realize that there is a great deal of work on the part of teachers in complying with the provisions of the legislation, given that the reading of the area of study is vast. A realização deste trabalho justifica-se na busca, em um primeiro instante, de apresentar o contexto histórico sobre a questão do racismo no Brasil e identificar como os professores do Curso de Ciências Sociais, Educação do Campo e Educação Física estão atuando na formação docente para uma educação das relações étnico-raciais, além é claro de identificar quais temáticas e percursos formativos existem dentro das relações étnico raciais, além é claro de buscar apresentar as relações étnico raciais no PPC dos Cursos selecionados. Depois busca se identificar as dificuldades na implementação da lei no contexto estudado. Temos como Objetivos: Geral:Levantar dados para analisar o processo de implementação da lei 10.639/03, e aplicação de suas especificidades foram realizadas aplicação e análise de questionários aos professores regentes da UFNT – Campus de Tocantinópolis – TO. Específicos:I.Identificar como os professores dos Cursos de Ciências Sociais, Educação do Campo e Educação Física estão atuando na formação docente para uma educação das relações Étnico-raciais. II. Identificar quais temáticas e percursos formativos dentro das relações antirracista. III. Identificar como a educação das relações Étnico-raciais aparecem nos PPCS dos cursos. Foram utilizadasduas metodologias para realização deste trabalho. Nesse sentindo para atender aos objetivos propostos acima, traçaremos os seguintes caminhos: Pesquisa bibliográfica e documental: A pesquisa bibliográfica serviu de base para fundamentações teórica que foram essenciais para produção do TCC – Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso. Além de servir para o engrandecimento teórico o uso das referências bibliográficas de autores e diversos documentos legais sobre a educação que tratam e abordam o assunto aqui em foco para discutir as questões relativas à temática. A realização e aplicação de questionários apresenta-se como elemento propulsor para atingir resultados desta pesquisa. Portanto, os questionários foram utilizados como suporte para a obtenção de respostas em relação ao assunto aqui estudado. Permitindo assim através das respostas dos entrevistados fazermos um levantamento de dados para apresentação dos resultados desta pesquisa.
