This article has as its theme, the importance of logistics for the growth of e-commerce, and its
premise is to research the influence of logistics within e-commerce and the relationship between
them. It also presents the aspects that integrate planning, storage and transport. This is a
bibliographical and documentary research, with the general objective of analyzing the logistics
processes that contribute to the development of electronic commerce, as well as specific
objectives that are: to identify the role of logistics in e-commerce and to describe the efficiency
of logistics delivery in the e-commerce environment. The results were efficient to reach the
objectives and the problem question proposed in the research. By analyzing the data, one can
see the importance of logistics in e-commerce and its process flow for the distribution of goods
and services to the consumer society. Making the transport logistics ensure that the company
fulfills what was promised to the customer, especially regarding the delivery of the product. |
