Stimulating students' interest in learning has become a challenge for educators. Failures,
which were previously caused by their lack of interest, are now considered to be flawed
results of teachers' work. In recent years, education has undergone major positive changes,
games have gained more and more space as an intermediate tool for teaching physics. In other
words, ludic activities have been increasingly used to motivate students to learn about the
content, considering that interest is the best tool for classroom learning. Therefore, in this
work, a board game and a game were made, where only the board was applied to become a
teaching tool for high school classes. For that, qualitative research was used, in which
observations were made, data were collected through questionnaires, and the game was
applied as teaching facilitators. The application of the game aroused the students' interest in
the subject of Mechanical Physics and also aroused their participation in the classroom.
Therefore, we can conclude that our research encourages educators to use games in the
classroom |
