This Course Completion Work presents the description of the construction of a Mathematics
Teaching Laboratory on the Internet, webMTL, as a proposal for a virtual environment for
teaching and learning Mathematics, based on the inseparability of technological and
pedagogical knowledge and the content to be be taught by the teacher, the TPACK. The
construction has as research locus the online website development platform Wix.com and it
will also host the website/laboratory (research object) produced in it, which we named
WEBLEMUM. It is a qualitative, descriptive research, which is based on theories of
professional knowledge that Mathematics teachers should know and that concern the use of
technologies in the exercise of their pedagogical practice. The context of this work takes place
during the COVID-19 pandemic, which enhances it by being yet another alternative to the
education crisis faced at this moment of emergency in remote education, since distance
education already existed, while the one we are experiencing required teachers a reinvention
of their practice. |
