As specific objectives, the research presents: a) Identify what leisure and recreation activities are performed in space; b) Check the positive and negative points of the attractiveness, from the analysis matrix and the satisfaction survey performed in this study. The methodology of this article is based on a descriptive and exploratory qualitative approach, using as a data collection, the performance of a customer satisfaction survey where a questionnaire with 10 questions was applied, where 72 people answered, besides a research on the topic, during the first semester of 2019. As an instrument of data analysis, the research uses the SWOT Matrix, since it seeks to point out market improvements / opportunities and weaknesses / difficulties. O presente estudo tem objetivo central, analisar de que forma as atividades de lazer já praticadas no Balneário Manga localizado no município de Angico – Tocantins - corroboram para o desenvolvimento do Turismo regional no Tocantins, visando como premissa à satisfação dos indivíduos que utilizam o espaço (autóctones e turistas). Como objetivos específicos, a pesquisa apresenta: a) Identificar quais atividades de lazer e recreação são realizadas no espaço; b) Verificar os pontos positivos e negativos do atrativo, à partir da matriz de análise e a pesquisa de satisfação realizada neste estudo. A metodologia deste artigo está baseada em uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória de abordagem qualitativa, utilizando como coleta de dados, a realização de uma pesquisa de satisfação do cliente onde se aplicou um questionário com 10 perguntas, onde 72 pessoas responderam., além de uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre a temática, durante o 1º semestre de 2019.
