This work debates about the National System of Socio-educational Assistance - SINASE and
the National Policy of Social Assistance - PNAS, focusing on the socio-educational media of
open environments, aiming to understand the pedagogical model of SINASE within the PNAS.
A bibliographic and documentary research methodology was used, based on the criticaldialectical method, also using content analysis by categories as a technique. The texts for
bibliographic analysis were searched covering the period 2016 - 2021 and the selection of the
main documents that dealt with socio-educational measures, as well as socio-educational
measures in social assistance. In this sense, we highlight the paradigm shift from the irregular
situation to the doctrine of integral protection, and the concept of defense of rights, with the
execution of socio-educational measures guided by the principle of intersectoriality, from a
pedagogical perspective. |
