In today's times, much has been advanced with regard to investments on social
issues, one of the alternatives found by organizations to improve their image in
society and the constant investment in projects of this segment that may contribute
in an equitable way a whole to your target audience. Therefore, the objectives of
this article are to demonstrate, through a literature review, such as cooperatives
have addressed the issue of social responsibility in their day to day, showing that
they advocate broadly and without distinction on this social issue. So they engage
topics to be discussed by reason of being a subject that many are unaware of the
real reason and contribution to society, as for many, not just a marketing game to
be able to achieve goals, whatever they may be. According to Barroso (2003),
social responsibility can be seen as a form of planning that the topic highlighted is
the welfare of the company and its employees. In this study, we sought to present
what is developed and presented to society, thoughts and definitions of this term,
in general, it is essential for organizations, even if the goals do not follow the
cooperative principles but, somehow, actually contributes to the community.
Therefore, through this review, it is clear that the vast majority invests in social
responsibility is a social issue or just advertising game for the growth of the
organization in any way they invest. |
