The objective of this work is to explore the civil liability in electronic business, particularly those signed in the northern region of the country. As for the specific objectives, it also aims to demonstrate how the ecommerce market has evolved in this same region and the application of the Civil Code with regard electronic business. The research method used was a bibliographic review, where the theme addressed will be exposed in an explanatory and descriptive manner, based on secondary data, in which an analysis of the entire contextual panorama was conducted through physical books or electronically available books and articles previously prepared and published in the electronic media such as monographs, various publications, theses, journalistic information, digital magazines and other sources available in the electronic media. It is possible to conclude that there is an evolution in the recent E-commerce business volume in the northern region, since the regulatory mark appeared, thus reaching the general objective of the work. In addition, the specific objectives were reached through the clear increase in the amount of business and sales generated by digital businesses. Potentiated by the Covid-19 pandemic, and by the convenience of home delivery of the product, in addition to the return and exchange guarantees provided by law, through the covered devices Com o aumento do comércio entre os países, percebe-se que o mundo sofreu uma acelerada evolução tecnológica hoje facilitam o nosso dia a dia, refletindo na mudança de padrões de vida. Assim, surge o Comércio Eletrônico (CE), conhecido mundialmente pela sigla no idioma inglês como e-commerce, abreviação da palavra “eletronic commerce”. O objetivo desse trabalho foi explorar acerca da responsabilidade civil nos negócios eletrônicos, nomeadamente os firmados na região norte do país. Quanto aos objetivos específicos, visa demonstrar como o mercado do e-commerce evoluiu nesta mesma região e a aplicação do Código Civil, no que diz respeito aos negócios eletrônicos. O método utilizado de pesquisa foi a revisão bibliográfica, onde o tema abordado será exposto de modo explicativo e descritivo, baseando-se em dados secundários, no qual foi realizada uma análise de todo o panorama contextual por meio de livros físicos ou disponibilizados eletronicamente e matérias, previamente elaboradas e divulgadas na mídia eletrônica tais como, monografias, publicações diversas, teses, informações jornalísticas, revistas digitais e outras fontes disponíveis nos meios eletrônicos. É possível concluir que há uma evolução em volume de negócios do E-commerce recente na região norte, desde o surgimento do marco regulatório, atingindo-se então o objetivo geral do trabalho. Além disso o atingimento dos objetivos específicos fez-se através do nítido aumento da quantidade de negócios e vendas geradas pelos negócios digitais.
