The Supervised Curricular Internship in Veterinary Medicine was held at the Clínica Veterinária Universitária of the Universidade Federal do Tocantins in the period between November 17, 2020 to January 22, 2021, totaling 286 hours, under the supervision of Veterinary Medicine Flávia Augusta de Oliveira and under the guidance of Profa. Dr. Priscilla Macedo de Sousa. In order to achieve the workload required by the course menu, 104 hours acquired during a voluntary internship carried out between September 28, 2020 and October 16, 2020 in the area of small animal medical clinic, were carried out by the group of clinpet studies, the internship was carried out at the Clínica Universitária of UFT. Altogether, the internship counted 390 hours. During these periods, the entire clinical routine was monitored, it was allowed to monitor and participate in clinical and surgical care. This report describes the location of the internship, the case series followed up, the procedures performed, and describes a case of type IV anal atresia with rectovaginal fistula in a dog.
