This paper does a legal analysis of the commercial and banking procedures of the exportation process of commodities from Tocantins to European Union. Counting on good capacity of production, accessible land prices and ease of drainage of the production, Tocantins is considered one new agricultural pole of Brazil. Nowadays, the biggest part of its revenue comes from production and exportation of grains (soy and corn) and beef. Considering the expressive growth in the last decade of the production and export of commodities from Tocantins to the European block, a thematic study is relevant. The objectives were: a) to introduce the overview of exports in Tocantins; b) to analyze the overview of the main commercial and banking procedures required to exporting commodities; c) Analyze the juridic viability and the potential of the export activity of Tocantins to European Union. Therefore, literary review and data access from national and international officials’ portals were used. A deductive method and a descriptive bibliographic review were used. The hypothesis handled is that the work could help potential exporters from anywhere to enter the market. The analyzed procedures are numerous, but simple to access and use |
