Resumo:
The supervised internship was carried out at the Veterinary Hospital Professor Ricardo Alexandre Hippler, in University of Vila Velha, in the area of small animals medical clinica, beginning on August 07, 2017, and ending on October 20, 2017, totaling of 424 hours, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Luciana Paula Felício Maestri. It were followed by several clinical cases in dogs and cats, especially infectious diseases and parasitic diseases in dogs and urinary tract in cats. The report describes the activities carried out by the trainee, with attendances arranged in each species and reports a case of botulism canine, toxinfection considered of rare prevalence of this species, fully accompanied during the stage, which the animal undertake support treatment, with drug therapy, physiotherapy and acupuncture, with full recovery.
