This work is research that aims to show the importance of adequate professional
training for teachers who will work with Special Education students so that they
develop their potential. To this end, a historical overview was carried out that makes
us reflect on the exclusion suffered by people with disabilities, followed by laws and
documents that support the inclusion of these people in the social and educational
environment. Finally, it is discussed how, according to official documents, the training
of teachers who will be responsible for including students with disabilities in common
teaching classes and those who will work in Special Education will be carried out. |
