This monograph is intended to carry out a behavioral analysis from the perspective of evaluation
performed through the DISC theory, which is a tool that aims to carry out behavioral analyzes
of individuals reaching the final result with the conclusion about the predominant behavioral
type. In total there are four types: dominant, influential, stable and conforming. The study brings
as main authors Idalberto Chiavenato with the theme of people management, William Moulton
Marston literate of theory about the DISC tool and the writers Paulo Vieira and Deibson Silva
in a work that has as a cut the application of DISC theory in an updated language. Its general
objective is to analyze the behavioral types detected in the employees of a construction
company located in Araguaína-TO and how they can affect the quality of the services provided.
Regarding the methodology and its procedures, it was a case study, being an exploratory
research in relation to the objectives, with tabulation of data through table and graph, and having
been configured as a qualitative research regarding the approach to the problem. The
interpretation of the data made it possible to conclude that, through the behavioral assessment,
through the DISC tool, evaluating the predominant behavioral type on the part of each
employee, taking into account their strengths, which can be strategically employed, and
weaknesses, which require investment so that they can be developed, it is possible that the
organization can reach the desired success, since, through appropriate analysis, it becomes
possible to undertake really effective development and training. |
