Resumo:
The article addresses digital marketing related to the use of social media as allies of small businesses managed by women entrepreneurs from Araguaína-TO, with the general objective of analyzing how social media can contribute to small businesses by identifying best practices and strategies used by them. The specific objectives consist of identifying the main social media, investigating their benefits, and verifying the challenges and difficulties faced by small companies. The research has a quantitative approach, with analysis of data collected through online conversation. The profile of the interviewees was analyzed and how the use of social media can be useful for small companies managed by women entrepreneurs in the city of Araguaína-TO, in the context of digital marketing. It notes that social media contribute significantly to small businesses, because even with all the challenges faced, these women apply digital marketing in their business, which contributes to brand awareness, increased sales and positive results.
