Using the integrative literature review methodology, six studies obtained from the Virtual Health Library (BVS) and the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) were analyzed. From this analysis, three thematic categories were identified: Obstetric violence as a practice of rights violation and its effects, (In)Definitions of Racism, and Associations between obstetric violence and racism. The results indicated that the analyzed productions are not centered in the field of Psychology, emphasizing the need to expand the debate in this area. Furthermore, it was observed that definitions of racism are not always explored or clearly defined in the literature, which can hinder the understanding and identification of this social phenomenon. Regarding the association between obstetric violence and racism, topics such as the resistance of black women to pain, institutional racism, and reproductive justice were discussed. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre violência obstétrica e racismo na produção científica brasileira, destacando o papel do racismo estrutural na ocorrência dessa violência e no sofrimento das mulheres negras. Além disso, o estudo busca investigar como a Psicologia tem se posicionado nesse debate. Utilizando a metodologia de revisão integrativa da literatura, foram analisados seis estudos obtidos por meio da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS) e da Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). A partir dessa análise, três categorias temáticas foram identificadas: Violência obstétrica como prática de violação de direitos e seus efeitos, (In) Definições do Racismo e Associações entre violência obstétrica e racismo. Os resultados indicaram que as produções analisadas não estão centradas na área da Psicologia, apontando para a necessidade de ampliar o debate nesse campo. Além disso, foi observado que as definições de racismo nem sempre são exploradas ou definidas de forma evidente na literatura, o que pode prejudicar a compreensão e identificação desse fenômeno social.
