Resumo:
Considering the importance of internship practice in academic training, as it is the object of didactic-pedagogical development of undergraduate courses, this research aims to propose an Action Plan that contributes to the management and monitoring of INEP indicators related to internships in academic training. UFT. To this end, this is a case study where a bibliographical, documentary and field review was carried out at the Internship Centers of the university's five campuses. At the end, the correspondence of the indicators with the measurement object and type of variable is presented, while the association took place through a deductive analytical logic. The bibliographic review and documentary research focused on the discussion about the importance of institutional management of INEP indicators and relevant legislation, as well as the metamodel that is based on the value chain and the 6E's of performance. To construct the Action Plan, quality management tools were adopted, which are structured methods and techniques that assist in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems that were identified, in addition to promoting continuous improvement of processes; as recommendations, the use of tools such as: the PDCA Cycle, SWOT Analysis, 5W2H methodology and GUT Matrix are proposed, discussing their concepts, applications and relevance in the context of quality management applied to the area of internships. It is noteworthy that this research presents a proposal for bringing indicators and quality management closer together, without the intention of exhausting the discussion.
