Anchored in the additions of science, technology and information, platform companies individual private passenger transport, such as Uber and 99, emerge as global vectors of modernization, imposing substantive changes in the historical forms of organization of social life and territories, including the urban space of metropolises and other cities, on a local scale. This work aims to understand the dynamics of Geography of private passenger transport mediated by digital apps in Marabá, Pará, considering the consequences for the spheres of work, politics and the use of territory in the city. The research is of a qualitative nature, based on bibliographical research theoretical and empirical, with field work, photographic records and observations in daily life of the researched subjects and agents. The analyzes perform allow us to consider that the arrival and the beginning of Uber's operations accentuated conflicts in the passenger transport sector in the city, both transport carried out by private transport Workers individual and collective public transport by bus, including public Power. In this way, there was a mobilization of workers in the private transport of passengers and in the local public power in the sense of preventing or constraining the entry of Uber in Marabá. Six years after the beginning of Uber's activities, the growth in the number of digital platforms and apps operating in the city, including the offer of new services, such as the app for transporting passengers by motorcycle. although companies like Uber and similar define themselves as digitais platforms, actually they are extremely dependent on the historically built territory and the legacy space for make their operations possible, leading to conflicts. Besides, it is observed that the banalization of the technique contributes to the creation of public policies in line with cooperatives and workers' associations of individual private passenger transport, aiming to minimize conflicts with the development and use of local apps managed by the workers in the sector themselves.
