The cassava crop, which bears the scientific name of Manihot esculenta Crantz, is the fourth largest most produced crop in Brazil with about 14.75 million tons. from carbonized biomass, which turns out to be highly rich in carbon. Efficient Microorganism (EM) is a versatile and low cost probiotic, based on beneficial microorganisms and highly efficient. Thus, the objective of this work is to evaluate the rooting of cassava seedlings subjected to the presence of biocompounds, such as: sugarcane bagasse biochar, gongolo humus biochar, chicken manure biochar and artisanal and commercial MS. The cassava stakes used were cultivar BRS-399. It is a high-yield yellow pulp cultivated table cassava, obtained from a private garden in Gurupi/TO. The rapid propagation of mini stakes was developed in propagation chambers. The variables evaluated were: survival percentage, rooting percentage, number of formed roots. Based on the data presented, it is concluded that the seedlings that presented a higher percentage of rooting were those that were in gongolo humus biochar.
